1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ExamPadi ("the platform", "we", "our", or "us") at exampadi.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the platform.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

ExamPadi is intended for students aged 13 and above. By using the platform, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of ExamPadi, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
• Notify us immediately at exampadisch@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Access to premium content on ExamPadi requires a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Manual payment: Subscriptions are activated after you submit proof of payment and our team verifies it. Access is granted once verification is complete.
• Plan accuracy: You must select the correct discipline, level, and plan that matches your academic needs. We are not liable for incorrect selections.
• No automatic renewals: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must initiate a renewal when your current plan expires.
• Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content, all payments are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated, except where required by applicable law.
• Content credits: Premium content is accessed using credits allocated per subscription cycle. Unused credits expire at the end of the subscription period.

5. Referral Programme

ExamPadi offers a referral programme where existing subscribers can earn discounts by referring new paying students. Referral discounts are applied manually upon verification that the referred student has completed payment. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on ExamPadi — including but not limited to past questions, guide notes, likely questions, explanations, study plans, and AI-generated materials — is the intellectual property of ExamPadi or our licensed content partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use content solely for your personal, non-commercial study purposes.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, or share any platform content without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share your account credentials or subscription access with others.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from the platform in bulk.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate another user, ExamPadi staff, or any other person or entity.
• Submit false payment proofs or engage in fraudulent activity.

8. AI-Generated Content

Some content on ExamPadi, including likely questions, adaptive hints, and study summaries, is generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. We do not guarantee that AI-generated materials are 100% accurate, complete, or suitable for every exam. You should use such content as a study aid and not as a definitive reference.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

ExamPadi is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding exam scores, academic outcomes, or pass rates resulting from use of the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ExamPadi and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform — including loss of data, loss of profits, or academic results — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for your most recent subscription.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or act in a manner harmful to other users or to the platform. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately and unused credits are forfeited.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at exampadisch@gmail.com.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ExamPadi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
